iPad woes

I’m getting used to the iPad OS 3.2.2 on my new iPad Wi-Fi 16 GB. I
like the screen size, speed of apps, and efficient battery usage.
However, the App Store is terrible. I’m used to the Android Market,
where one has 24hours to try an app and refund it. Not so in the Apple
app store, or iTunes. You click the Buy button, all sales are final.
Also, what’s up with there not being a true file manager? You have to
sync with iTunes from your computer to delete files, supposedly.  Lame. The
lack of Flash really sucks, too. In my first 24 hours with my iPad,
I’ve had several occasions where Safari shuts down, without any
explanation about an error. The alternative browsers in the app store
are much worse than Safari. I hope iOS4 clears up some of these
problems. I really feel that Android, with its cloud-centric apps,
multitasking, and refund-friendly app store is superior. I heard a
lot about how good iPhone apps are, but now that I’ve used both
Android 2.2 on my Nexus One and iOS 3.2.2 on my iPad, I think iPad
apps are overly expensive and frequently defective, without any recourse (i.e.,
refund) for the customer.
